We have had some snowy days in school so we decided to write some poems to show what we think about snow!
Christmas snow
Packing gear
Snowball fights
Snowflakes attacking
No more school
Slipping cars
Icy roads
Crunchy snow on the floor
Antarctic becoming less popular
Children turning into ice cubes
Polar bears really jealous
Car crash
Children slipping as fast as a flash
Snow blowing to Greenland
Tsunami of snow
Fire making warmth.

Well done Patrick. I think you are right, polar bears may well be jealous of Cardiff at the moment. I have seen lots of slipping and sliding around. Your line – fire making warmth is really good. A comforting line and a super way to end the poem.
