On Friday 10th February 2017 Year 4 went to Cardiff museum. We are learning about the human body so in the museum we learnt about the human body. We had a man teach us his name was Liam. Liam was our teacher for the work shop. We sat down and he showed us a skeleton his name was Mr Johns. Then we had a little booklet and there were 3 things to do in the booklet and there were 3 tables.
We split up in to groups i was in a group with the girls. The first thing to do was to build a skeleton and then name tag it. then we had to fill it in our little book lets. Then we went to the next thing. It was naming some animal’s craniums. We had to name them it was very hard to name them the we had to draw a animal’s cranium. I learnt that a cat’s head was smaller than it looks and a wolf’s head looks different in shape to it’s shape of head.We went on to the last thing to do it was to name the animal’s and then tell what they did. I learnt that not all of them like the water.
Then when we had finished that that we all sat down and talked a little more about the human and animal’s body. I all so learnt that we human’s were bought up by gorillas and monkeys. We got look around a little bit of the museum to do with the human body and some more things.
